Last week, the NASA GOES-S satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral on board an Atlas V rocket. While it was set for perfect weather, my view from the parking lot at Disney's EPCOT was less than ideal. Waiting for the rocket to speed past my tiny window of view to the east, this was the only shot I was able to capture. With four solid-rocket boosters attached to it, this variation of the Atlas V takes little time leaving the pad and reaching into space, so I consider myself lucky to have even gotten this one image.
